But teachers expressed concern over the lack of facilities.
Rodolfo I. Villanueva, a Grade 10 teacher, shared that teachers of F. Bangoy High School are ready after they attended a whole week seminar in preparation for the K-12 program implementation.
However, he said construction of facilities, including additional classrooms and comfort rooms, are still ongoing barely a week before the opening of classes.
A woman fills up enrollment form for her 3 nephews who will be entering Grades 2,3 and 6, while her two children, she said, will enroll on their own in high school.
Teachers are busy receiving filled up forms from students and parents who are enrolling for school year 2015-2016.
A Grade 10 student refers to the instructions posted in their school’s bulletin board to know the procedures of enrollment.

The school’s Heroes’ Park is partly converted into a classroom to accommodate more students this year.
