DAVAO CITY — The 31st Kadayawan sa Dabaw 2016 celebration formally started on Monday, August 15 at the People’s Park in Davao City.
Before the opening program, a photo exhibit which featured the 11 tribes of the city titled “Kinabuhi: A Photo Exhibit” was also opened at 3:00 pm at the Durian Dome in People’s Park.
The “Kinabuhi: Photo Exhibit” features the daily life of the 11 tribes in Davao City.

The photo exhibit will be open until August 26 at the Durian Dome in People’s Park.
At around 5:00 in the afternoon, after a thanksgiving mass celebrated by Archbishop Romulo Valles of the Archdiocese of Davao, the Kadayawan sa Dabaw 2016 was formally opened by cultural performances.
